| The Keyz System produces molds of extreme low cost. This enables us to manufacture virtually thousands of products in a huge range of fields. We manufacture products that are traditionally made from plasitcs, to products that are rarely made from plastics due to the high mold expense using standard techniques.
There is no machinery used in the mold building and the casting of products in the Keyz System. This enables us to produce a huge range of porducts in small quantities or in quantities of thousands. Because of the lack of machinery, this also enables us to produce thousands of items in a very small work area.Plastics System was developed by a company over a 30 year period. Liquid silicones are used in the construction of the molds and liquid polyurethanes are used for the production of the items. Catalog
